A private golf club for owners and CEOs running $1M+ businesses. One Saturday a month.
Three minutes on why we built this, who it is for, and what actually happens on a Saturday.
Founders, owners and CEOs actively running real companies. Verified before they ever tee off.
Foursomes picked on purpose so you spend the round with three people worth knowing. No phones, no pitch.
By the back nine you are talking about the things you do not say out loud at work. That is where the deals and the friendships come from.
"Best conversations I have had all year. And nobody was selling me anything."
We ask every member the same question after their first scramble. Nobody talks about the golf. They talk about the high level conversations and incredible new friendships they just made.
And every time, the same sentence:
"this needed to exist here."
"I just moved here 3 months ago and can't believe the connections I built today. Incredible group!"
"Today was awesome! It didn't feel like your typical stuffy networking group. This is what our comminuty needed."
"My goal here was to build my community and within the first 2 hours, it exceed all of my expectations"

Founders, owners and CEOs actively running a company. No aspiring founders, no side hustles, no one selling to the room.
Your business does at least $1 million a year and we confirm it privately during the application. It is never shared. It is why the trust is there on day one.
Chapters stay small enough that the whole room fits on one course, one Saturday a month. We close a chapter when it is full, not when it is profitable.
Members make introductions, share relationships and answer the phone. Take more than you give and you will not be invited back.
Everything below exists for one reason: to get you in front of the right people often enough that it turns into something real.

One Saturday a month, a new course, an 18 hole scramble. Foursomes are curated so you play with people you should know. Every skill level contributes, so your handicap is not the point.

Private dinners, closed doors, no small talk. Ten to fifty members mixed by industry and stage. Bring a real problem, leave with a plan.

Members only, two to three days, somewhere worth bragging about. Bucket list courses, mastermind sessions, and the kind of time together that turns members into friends. Priced separately.

Every member across every chapter, searchable by industry, skill set and city. When you need a vendor, an intro or an answer, you already know who to call.

Real time access to the whole network. Referrals, hiring help, vendor recommendations and honest feedback from people who have stood on a tee box with you.
Plus a one time initiation fee. Scramble rounds are billed per event and vary by course. Applications are reviewed personally.
Range balls, coffee, warm up. Work the room before you work on your swing.
Foursomes are curated and revealed at the course. You will usually know why we paired you by the third hole.
Everyone tees off, the team picks the best shot, and you all play from there. Nobody gets stuck with their bad hole, so every skill level contributes.
The round starts the conversation. The half hour after is where it turns into something. Stay, connect, follow up.
Chapters are kept deliberately small, and every one of them shares a single directory and Slack, so your network compounds across cities as we grow.
Chapter two is forming now. Early applicants help set the culture and get first pick of the calendar.
Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area. Monthly scrambles are on the calendar and seats are limited.
Fifteen chapters by the end of 2027. Apply anyway and tell us your city. You will be first in line when it opens.
We were not looking to start a club. We were looking for the room. It did not exist here, so we built it and invited the people we would want in our own foursome.

Alex Serrao is an entrepreneur and founder of multiple businesses across media, consumer products, and community. He built StudioCLI into a seven-figure creative company and is currently growing Nother, a CPG beverage brand built around golf, performance, and a better way to hydrate on the course. He co-founded Founders Fairway to create the kind of genuine, high-level relationships between business owners that are often hard to find. Outside of business, Alex spends most of his time with his family, building new ideas, and trying to convince himself his golf game is finally starting to come together.

John Lewis is an entrepreneur and operator who thrives on building strong teams, creating better systems, and helping businesses grow with intention. As a co-founder of Founders Fairway, he plays a key role in shaping the club, its culture, and the experience members have both on and off the course. John is also a husband and dad to a one-year-old baby boy. When he’s not working, he’s usually boating, skiing, staying active, or spending time with his family.
Here is exactly what happens next.

Who should apply: founders, owners and CEOs of businesses doing $1M+ a year who show up as givers. Golf skill does not matter. The scramble format means everyone contributes.
No. The scramble format means your best shot counts, not your worst. We have members who play weekly and members who bought clubs last month. You need to be good at business. We will pair you accordingly.
Membership is $3,000 a year plus a one time initiation fee. Scramble rounds are billed per event and vary by course, so you only pay for the rounds you play.
No. Each monthly scramble is billed per round and the cost varies by course. We handle all the coordination and booking, and you will see the course and the cost before every event.
You apply, we review it personally, and if it looks like a fit we set up a call. Then you join a scramble as our guest before anything becomes official. Not everyone is accepted.
Yes. Orlando applications are open now. The chapter is forming, so early members help set the culture and get first pick of the calendar. Chase Tate is leading the Orlando chapter.
One Saturday a month for the scramble, a quarterly mastermind dinner, and as much or as little Slack as you want. Built for people who run companies.
Occasionally, by arrangement. Guests are how we meet future members, so bring someone who belongs in the room.
Nothing happens. You only pay for rounds you play. Your membership, directory access and Slack are there whether you play twelve rounds a year or four.
During the application we confirm your revenue privately. It is never shared with anyone. It is the reason every member can trust who is in the room.
Great food, closed doors, zero small talk. Ten to fifty members mixed by industry and stage, so the person next to you has either been where you are or is headed there. Come with a problem, leave with a plan.
It is possible, but unlikely given how small each chapter is. Tell us in your application if there is someone you would rather not be paired with and we will handle the foursomes accordingly.
Founders Fairway is for founders, full stop. If you run a $1M+ business and can spend a Saturday on a golf course, the room is for you.
No. The Slack is a benefit of membership, not a product on its own. Everyone in there has stood on a tee box with other members, and that is why it is worth being in.
Yes. Apply and tell us where you are. We are targeting fifteen chapters by the end of 2027 and we open new cities based on where the applications come from.
