Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Founders Fairway, operated by Founders Fairway LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares your information. It applies to foundersfairway.com, our emails and text messages, our membership program, and our events. By using our site or participating in the Club, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
Company name, job title, industry, and website
Membership application responses and information about your business
Event details such as golf handicap, skill level, dietary restrictions, and guest names
Messages you send us by email, text, form, or social media
Photos, videos, quotes, and comments you share with us or post in Club spaces

Payment information

Dues and event fees are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's systems, not ours. We receive only limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, billing name, and whether a charge succeeded.

Information collected automatically

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site
The site or advertisement that referred you
Email opens and clicks
General location based on IP address, such as city and state

We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 4.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, event registration partners, golf course partners, referral sources, and public business listings.

2. How We Use Your Information

To review and administer membership applications
To organize and run events, including tee times, pairings, meals, and check-in
To process dues and event payments and issue receipts
To send event invitations, updates, reminders, and Club communications
To respond to your questions and provide support
To introduce members to one another consistent with the purpose of the Club
To market Club events, memberships, and affiliated brands
To measure and improve our website, advertising, and programs
To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations

3. Text Messages

We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive text messages from the Club stays with the Club and is never sold, rented, or transferred.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about events, tee times, schedule changes, and membership news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email hello@foundersfairway.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your membership or remove you from email.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and deliver advertising.

Required cookies keep the site secure and functioning.
Analytics cookies tell us which pages people visit and where they came from.
Advertising cookies and pixels allow us to show ads to prior site visitors and measure ad performance, including tools from Meta, Google, and similar platforms.

You may block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function properly. You may also limit ad tracking within your Meta and Google account settings. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

5. Photography, Recording & Likeness

Club events, meetups, golf outings, mastermind sessions, and retreats may be photographed, filmed, streamed, or otherwise recorded, and the resulting images and footage may be used for marketing, advertising, promotion, and social media. Your rights and the license you grant the Club regarding your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements are governed by Section 6 of our Membership Terms of Service.

If you do not wish to be recorded, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the frame. You may also email hello@foundersfairway.com and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. Companies that operate our website, email and text platform, CRM, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Venues and event partners. Golf courses, restaurants, and event staff require names and headcounts to host Club activities. Sponsors may receive a list of attendee names and companies for sponsored events, which will be disclosed at registration.
Other members. Your name, company, and title may be visible to other members in a directory, group chat, or event roster. Member information shared within the Club is subject to the confidentiality obligations in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
Advertising platforms. We may use your email address or phone number to build advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta and Google. Under certain state laws this constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 8 to opt out.
Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, court order, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer. If the Club is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are a member or contact, and thereafter as needed for our records, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request that we:

Disclose what personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is inaccurate
Delete your information
Stop using your information for targeted advertising
Stop sending you marketing email or text messages

Submit requests to hello@foundersfairway.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. To appeal, reply to our decision with the word “Appeal” and the basis for your appeal.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including restricted access and vetted vendors. No website or system is perfectly secure. Use a strong password and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Age Requirement

The Club is intended for adults in business. Our site and events are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party websites, including golf courses, sponsors, and payment pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and communicated to members. Continued use of the site or participation in the Club constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
